Expansion into neighboring Berkeley County began with the opening of an office Martinsburg in March 1997 and continued with the establishment of a second location near Inwood, in southern Berkeley County, in August 2000.
In 2006 the bank opened it’s door to two new offices, the Barron office opened in June at the west end of Shepherdstown and in September 2006, the newest office was opened in Sharpsburg, Maryland marking the first office in neighboring Washington County, Maryland.
